A RARE RURAL OFFERING IN COBBITTY VILLAGE. THREE EXCEPTIONAL RIVERFRONT ACREAGES

An opportunity like this is becoming increasingly rare.

Offered to the market for the first time in decades, these three exceptional acreage parcels have been carefully subdivided from a much-loved family farm that has played its part in Cobbitty’s rich agricultural history.

Previously home to a thriving orchard, the land retains extensive irrigation infrastructure and offers a unique blend of productive potential and breathtaking rural lifestyle. Each parcel enjoys picturesque river frontage, valuable water licences, and stunning elevated homesites where you can create the country escape you’ve always imagined.

Choose from three outstanding holdings:

Block 1 (Lot 62): 11 Hectares/27.18 acres
River frontage, water licence and an idyllic setting to build your dream country homestead.

Block 2 (Lot 60): 13.24 Hectares/32.72 acres
The largest parcel, featuring river frontage, a valuable mineral water licence and endless possibilities for lifestyle, agriculture or investment.

Block 3 (Lot 61): 10.30 Hectares/25.45 acres
Complete with an impressive 900m²+ shed, cool room, farming cottage, river frontage and water licence-perfect for those wanting to enjoy the land from day one.

Located in one of Cobbitty’s most tightly held rural pockets, these properties offer the best of both worlds-peaceful country living with the convenience of Camden, Oran Park and Western Sydney Airport only a short drive away.

Whether you’re dreaming of building your forever home, continuing the land’s agricultural legacy, or securing a premium rural investment, opportunities of this calibre are exceptionally hard to find.

Authentic Cobbitty charm. Productive rural land. A once-in-a-generation offering.
