    Compliant smoke alarms are a must – You are legally required to ensure your property has smoke alarms installed correctly.

    Water Usage – Please ensure you have water audits completed in order to charge your tenants for their water usage.

    Swimming Pool Registration – As of the 29th of April 2016 all pool owners are required to register their swimming pool. Properties with a pool will require a certificate of compliance before it can be sold or leased.
