1. English Apple Crumble
    1 x large can of Ardmona Pie Apples
    6 oz plain white flour (or slightly more is ok)
    3 oz caster sugar
    3-4 oz butter (chilled & grated)
    Granulated white sugar extra (say 2-3 tablespoons or to taste)

    Small/Medium round baking dish (no lid required)

    Turn oven 180 degrees
    Middle Shelf required
    Place apples in baking dish and mix through the‘extra’ sugar
    In a mixing bowl combine flour and castor sugar
    Directly grate butter into flour mixture
    With fingertips rub butter into flour mixture until it resembles fine breadcrumbs

    Bake in oven for approx. 20-30mins
    It is cooked when it is golden brown all over

    Best served with a dollop of cream & ice-cream
